  • “Excellent two-day course.  Lots of information provided by all course providers. Highly recommend the training and looking forward to my first collaborative case.”

    — Emer Holohan, Solicitor

  • “I did the training to reawaken my enthusiasm for collaborative practice. It has and I’m delighted.”

    — Eoin O’Connor

  • “Very experienced trainers were able to explain the concept of the paradigm shift and train for the collaborative process itself. The tool kit training was especially beneficial.”

    — ACP Member

  • “Excellent training session which gave an overview of collaborative law and inter disciplinary teams in a process which seems like a win-win for all involved. Whilst aimed at family law cases, it is easy to see how it could be applied to other areas of contention.”

    — ACP Member

  • “I really enjoyed the training course. I learnt a lot about the area of collaborative practice and how and why it is so helpful in the divorce process; how important language is to the process. It was very interesting to see the role of the Financial Neutral as well as the Family Consultant. As a Forensic Accountant the financial neutral role was slightly different than I expected.”

    — Lisa Keogh, ACA CTA

  • “I was encouraged to do this training by a colleague and I did so with no fixed expectations. What I discovered was an innovative and conflict reducing method of ending marriage while not fracturing separating families. I came away with another option for my clients, one that could save them so much unhappiness and anxiety. Excellent training done by excellent people.”

    — Libby Charlton

  • “I had little to no knowledge of how the collaborative law process worked prior to undertaking the training course. It has given me an insight into how the process can streamline the family law process for clients and their families whilst ensuring that their emotional or financial concerns are met. It also allows lawyers to focus on what we are trained to do i.e. provide legal advice whilst safe in the knowledge that the financial and emotional needs of clients are met by appropriate experts.”

    — ACP Member
