Muriel Walls
Muriel brings her 40 years of legal experience to her collaborative practice. She is founder of collaborative practice in Ireland having trained in London in 2003.
Muriel is passionate about helping clients make their own agreement and find the best outcomes for themselves, their spouse and family.
She brings all her wisdom to help respectful dialogue and discussion which is the key to successful resolution.

Andréa Patterson
Andréa Patterson is the founder and director of Divorce Financial Planning Experts (DFPE), Ireland's only specialist divorce financial planning service. A qualified financial advisor (QFA) and member of the LIA, Andréa combines deep technical expertise with personal experience of divorce to support clients through one of the most financially complex transitions of their lives.
As an ACP member, Andréa brings a unique financial dimension to the collaborative process. Working alongside solicitors, mediators and other collaborative professionals, she helps clients understand the true long-term impact of settlement options — using cashflow modelling to make abstract financial futures tangible and informed decision-making possible.

Rita Hurson
Rita is a Collaborative Family Consultant, mediator and life coach. A skilled communicator, she has extensive experience, both professional and personal, in the area of separation and divorce.
Lawyers advise on legal issues and accountants advise on financial issues; as a Collaborative Family Consultant Rita complements the service they each provide. With a genuine interest in easing the burden on her family law clients, Rita helps them prepare for and manage their legal separation/divorce, offering insight, emotional support and practical guidance. She currently operates a private practice, working with clients both in Ireland and internationally.

Gearoidin Charlton
Gearóidín is a practising solicitor with over forty years experience in family law. Having been a partner in a medium sized firm for fifteen years, heading up their family law department, she founded Charltons Solicitors & Collaborative Practitioners in 2002, a boutique firm specialising in family law and collaborative practice. Gearóidín qualified as a psychotherapist in 2000 which she finds gives her a greater understanding of the trauma experienced by many separating couples. She has a masters in Systemic Organisations and Management.
Gearóidín is a former chair of the ACP and continues as a board member. She is a trainer in Collaborative Practice for the ACP. She is a co founder of South Dublin Collaborative Lawyers & Mediators. Gearóidín believes passionately in interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice as an alternative to court for separating couples.

Emer Holohan
Originally from Mitchelstown, Co Cork Emer now lives in Monaghan with her family of three boys. After many years working in the banking sector Emer qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and practiced in the telecommunications sector in Dublin before moving to Monaghan to join Healy Law.
With almost 30 years experience as a Solicitor Emer now deals with all aspects of general practice, including conveyancing, probate, commercial litigation and family law. Her recent qualification in Collaborative law will bring another string to her bow and she looks forward to helping couples to a point where they can move on from their difficulties to lead successful and peaceful lives.

Throughout his working life Clive was a career banker working across Lending, Life Assurance and Private Banking. Through the Institute of Banking he was part of the inaugural group of members to be accredited as a ‘Professional Banker’.
Currently he is involved in numerous projects for Clients’ covering a wide range of activities from Retail to Strategic Housing Developments. He also serves on a number of Boards in the Commercial and Charitable areas. He has chaired the Board of his local Credit Union and currently sits on the Board of Rainbows Ireland as Treasurer.
