The ACP is a limited liability company set up by a group of lawyers to promote collaborative methods.
All of the lawyers have trained with Pauline Tesler, one of the founders and a leading light of the collaborative movement in the United States.
The aims of the ACP are:
- To promote collaborative law as a mechanism for settling disputes.
- To support practitioners by providing documentation and ethical guidelines for the practice of collaboration.
- To provide training and peer review structures for collaborative Practitioners.
